iFIT Terms



Warranty


Each product comes with its own specific warranty, which is described in the user's manual. The user's manual is included in the box and is also available in our online manuals library. To locate the user's manual for your product in the online manuals library, you will need to search by the specific product name or model number. The product name and model number are included on the product packaging and on the serial number decal attached to the product. The serial number decal is typically silver and is located near the bottom of the product.


Shipping Policy


All non-UPS shipments require a customer signature upon delivery. The shipping company will call before attempting to deliver your machine. A total of three attempts will be made to contact you. After three attempts have been made the shipping company will make arrangements to return your machine to our warehouse. Return shipping and a 10% restocking fee may apply.

We cannot ship to P.O. or APO Boxes with internet orders. There are a couple of reasons for this. One is that many of our items are large and ship in boxes bigger than the post office will accept for postal boxes. Our on-line order system can’t determine what size of box your order will ship in. Another reason is that we ship items, like treadmill lubricant, that cannot be shipped through the US postal service.

We currently offer two delivery options:


Standard Delivery:
Your product will be delivered to the first place out of the weather if possible. The product will not be delivered over any point that involves a stair. There is no assembly provided.

White Glove Delivery & Assembly:
Your product will be delivered into any room you choose and assembled by our professional team of white glove delivery and assembly technicians. All packaging will be hauled away.

White glove delivery and assembly is not available in all locations. Please verify that your desired delivery method is available to you prior to ordering.



Return Policy


We stand by our products* and strive to deliver the best for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of your delivery date. Returns will include a return shipping charge of $250, plus a 10% restocking fee. Once the product ships, the fees will be applied and you are no longer able to cancel your order without incurring the fees. Any completed service such as assembly is also non-refundable. Our ultimate goal is to deliver what you want, and we are willing to work with you to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.

All products must be returned in good condition, with all paperwork, parts, and accessories, or an additional 10% charge may be incurred. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. To request a return, go to https://my.iconfitness.com/icon_service

*iFIT monthly membership fees are not refundable. iFIT annual membership fees are refundable only if canceled within thirty (30) days of the original purchase. To cancel your account, go to ifit.com/cancel, click "cancel membership," check the acceptance box, and "Cancel Membership", or call (866) 608-1798 during regular business hours.
