I usually dread doing cardio, but being able to do it at home before my kids wake up has made all the difference!… ever since I had knee surgery in high school my knees have bothered me when I do a lot of high impact activity. I love that the HIIT Trainer Pro has the motion of a stair stepper & really burns my booty + legs, but the glide of an elliptical to be easier on my knees. “I have been working hard towards my goals for about 2 months now and this week I received my first compliment from the Starbucks barista! She said GIRL you look amazing! I can totally tell you have been putting in the work!!
