Featuring Ashley Paulson For Women’s History Month

Women that have made such a positive and strong contribution to ProForm and iFit––consistently motivating every single member to put themselves first and providing the tools to achieve the healthiest and best version that they can be.

Ashley Paulson
Having been raised in Utah County, Ashley has always loved long-distance running. Inspired by her father, an avid marathon runner, she began joining him on his shorter runs at eight years old. Today, she is an AFAA Certified Personal Fitness Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor and is also certified in kickboxing, Zumba, and cycling. As an Ironman athlete, the St. George, Utah resident is a self-proclaimed cardio junkie, and she never turns down a good HIIT workout. Some of her favorite things to do are hike and paddle board.
In her Heart To Heart Series on iFit, Ashley opens up about her own personal struggles with an eating disorder and shares what she’s done to overcome it.
Workout With Ashley On iFit

In this 7-part hike, you’ll travel from the Subaru Line 5th Station to the summit of Mount Fuji in Japan. As you conquer the “Goddess of Fire,” you’ll tackle switchbacks, climb over lava rocks, and walk through the clouds.
Next, check out Ashely’s Switzerland Cycle Series as she guides you through an intermediate cycling program. Throughout 11 workouts, she’ll coach you through endurance, interval, and tempo workouts in Switzerland all the while showing you different cities and coastlines along the way.
Don’t forget to try her fan-favorite Koyoto Time Crunch Series on your ProForm bike. She’ll coach you through 12 advanced rides designed to get you sweating in a short amount of time. You’ll push through intervals, strength climbs, and speed workouts as you visit famous Japanese landmarks, including Hikone Castle, Yasu River, Jotenkaku Museum, and the Sagano Bamboo Forest.
